The two geographies
San Luis Potosí — the logistics development at the center of Mexico; the ideal distribution center for national coverage. It sits on the intersection of the corridors that move freight: Highway 57 toward Laredo and toward Piedras Negras and the Lázaro Cárdenas — Laredo rail line, next to the KCSM intermodal terminal.
Querétaro — the logistics development of the Bajío; the ideal distribution center for reaching Mexico City and Puebla, with Mexico City two hours away by road and the Intercontinental Airport alongside.
Replenish without storing
For retail replenishment, freight already knows its destination on arrival. A trip through the rack only adds days. The cross-docking platform organizes and sorts it by destination and dispatches it directly.
The usual pattern is to combine: cross-docking for replenishment, 3PL/4PL from 500 m² for backup inventory, and flexible rental to absorb commercial seasons.
