Benefits

One operator, not four vendors

Storage, goods configuration, shipping and transportation are contracted and coordinated with a single provider — a decisive advantage when you are managing an operation from another country.

Enter at 500 m²

You do not need to commit to a full building to establish a professional logistics footprint in Mexico. Entry starts at 500 m².

Park infrastructure, not a rented shed

Your inventory sits inside a logistics park with fire protection, controlled access and 24/7 surveillance — none of which you have to build or maintain.

Standing up your own logistics operation in Mexico means leasing a building, equipping it, hiring and training staff, meeting fire protection requirements, and carrying all of it twelve months a year — whether volume is high or low. For a company entering the market, that fixed cost rarely makes sense before the demand is proven.

Hau Can Park's 3PL/4PL service inverts that equation: we offer integrated logistics services in spaces from 500 m². We store your merchandise, configure it, ship it and transport it. You keep commercial control of your product; we take responsibility for moving it.

What the service covers

The scope runs end to end inside the park:

  1. Storage — your goods occupy space within our facilities, starting at 500 m².
  2. Goods configuration — merchandise is prepared according to what your operation requires before it leaves.
  3. Shipping — freight is consolidated and dispatched.
  4. Transportation — the integrated service does not stop at the dock; it includes moving the goods.

When the operation calls for additional steps — labeling, packaging, palletizing, special loading and unloading — these are added through our value-added services.

3PL and 4PL: what each one means

The terms are often used interchangeably, but they describe two different levels of responsibility:

RelationshipLogistics service providerIntegrator managing logistics as a whole
When it fitsYour chain is defined; you need it operatedYou want the coordination between links delegated too

The choice is not permanent. Many operations start under a 3PL model and migrate to 4PL as volumes grow and more links are added.

Who it is built for

The service targets the industrial and commercial-industrial sectors. In practice that ranges from manufacturers buffering raw materials and finished goods, to distributors moving merchandise to multiple points across Mexico.

If your operation has pronounced seasonal peaks, look at flexible rental by pallet position, where you pay only for the space actually occupied. If you have outgrown shared facilities, the natural next step is dedicated space from 3,000 m².

Where it operates

The service is available at both Hau Can Park locations, each with a distinct role:

  • San Luis Potosí — inside the WTC Parque Industrial Premium, next to the KCSM intermodal terminal and adjacent to the SLP customs offices. The natural distribution center for national coverage, with rail access toward the Laredo border crossing.
  • Querétaro — next to the Intercontinental Airport, where the major parcel carriers operate, and close to the Querétaro customs offices. The location for reaching Mexico City and Puebla.
