Cross-docking: the core operation
The cross-docking platform at Hau Can Park is built for exactly this: freight is organized and sorted by destination and leaves, without going into storage. It is operated in house with Chronos.

Where to be
Querétaro — the park sits next to Querétaro Intercontinental Airport, where the major parcel carriers operate. For a courier operation, that is the definition of being in the right place. Mexico City is two hours away by road.
San Luis Potosí — a location with a logistics cluster that includes the KCSM intermodal terminal and Estafeta's distribution center at the airport, on the Highway 57 corridor toward Laredo and Piedras Negras.
Peak season
Parcel peaks concentrate into a few weeks. Flexible rental by pallet position lets you take relief space by month or fraction, paying only for what is occupied, instead of carrying empty floor the rest of the year.
