Fulfillment: the actual work
Preparing an e-commerce order means picking items from inventory, verifying them, packing them and dispatching them — unit by unit. It sits within our value-added services, together with labeling, packaging and palletizing. Spanish-language commercial labeling for imported goods is handled here as well.

In e-commerce the clock starts when the customer clicks. The distance between warehouse and carrier pickup determines whether the order ships today or tomorrow.
